ABOUT US
BLIV Child Development Centre
Every Child Deserves to Be Understood
At BLIV Child Development Centre, we understand how deeply parents care about every small step in their child’s growth. A first word, better eye contact, improved attention, calmer behaviour, stronger movement, or a little more independence can mean so much to a family.
Our centre is created to support children who may need extra help with communication, behaviour, learning, movement, sensory needs, emotional regulation, social interaction, or everyday activities. We believe that every child has their own strengths, personality, pace of learning, and way of experiencing the world.
Instead of asking a child to simply “catch up,” we focus on understanding what they need, what they enjoy, where they struggle, and how we can help them move forward with confidence.
A Place Where Children Feel Safe and Supported
Led by Dr. Syed Mahaboob Farzana, Child Psychologist and Counsellor, BLIV provides a warm, child-friendly environment where therapy is designed to feel encouraging rather than overwhelming.
We take time to understand the child before planning intervention. Their communication style, behaviour, interests, developmental level, family concerns, and everyday challenges all help us build a more meaningful therapy plan.
Our aim is to make children feel comfortable enough to participate, explore, communicate, and gradually develop new skills.
Supporting the Whole Child
Child development is not limited to one area. Communication, movement, behaviour, emotions, learning, and social skills often influence one another.
That is why our support may focus on areas such as:
Speech and language
Attention and concentration
Behaviour and emotional regulation
Social interaction
Sensory processing
Motor development
Learning and school readiness
Confidence and self-expression
Daily living skills
Independence
Depending on the child’s needs, services may include Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Pediatric Physiotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Child Counselling, Parent Counselling, ABA Therapy, Play Therapy, Special Education, Behaviour Modification Therapy, Group Therapy, Vision Therapy, Equine Therapy, Sujok Therapy, and Family Support & Nutrition.
Progress Looks Different for Every Child
For one child, progress may mean saying a new word.
For another, it may mean sitting through an activity, making eye contact, learning to wait, playing with a peer, climbing stairs, expressing an emotion, or completing a simple daily task independently.
At BLIV, we recognise and value these small but meaningful milestones.
Therapy goals are personalised and reviewed regularly so support continues to match the child’s changing needs and abilities.

Parents Are Part of the Journey
We know that parents are often the first to notice when something feels different.
They may have questions, worries, comparisons, or uncertainty about what their child needs. That is why we believe families should feel supported too.
Parents and caregivers may receive practical guidance on:
Managing everyday behaviour
Encouraging communication
Supporting therapy goals at home
Building routines
Improving mealtimes
Encouraging independence
Understanding emotional needs
Responding to developmental challenges
When families understand what to do at home, therapy becomes part of everyday life rather than something that happens only inside the centre.
Skills That Matter Beyond Therapy
Our goal is not simply for a child to perform well during a therapy session.
We want the skills they learn to help them in real situations — at home, school, during play, with family, and in the community.
That may mean helping a child:
Ask for what they need
Follow instructions
Communicate with others
Manage frustration
Participate in school
Play with peers
Move more confidently
Complete daily activities
Become more independent
Growing Together, One Step at a Time
At BLIV Child Development Centre, Hyderabad, we believe development is a journey, not a race.
Every child deserves patience, encouragement, and the right kind of support. Every parent deserves clarity, guidance, and reassurance.
We are here to walk alongside families, celebrate meaningful progress, and help children build the skills, confidence, and independence they need for everyday life.
Because at BLIV, every small step forward matters.
